A low profile switches are shorter in height, meaning they are suited to make thinner, less bulkier appliances or devices.
The Switch body is shorter meaning more space behind panel to meet your design requirements.

Low profile switches is  a feature listed to describe our push button metal switches or many of our PCB mount, tactile switches.
