Anti-Vandal Rocker Switches
Our new series of Metal Rockers offer the same benefits of our hard-wearing Anti-Vandal Push Buttons, but with an ON/OFF rocker function. All of our anti-vandal switches are more resistant to damage and repetitive use, and these rockers have an IP65 rating, for protection against dust and water.
These Rocker Switches feature a 22mm panel cut out, and LED illumination in various colours. You can select simple dot illumination, or add a power/custom symbol, with many options on offer.
You can order these switches with a momentary or latching function and choose whether you want a stainless steel, brass plating or aluminium alloy oxide finish.
Connectors are also available to add to your order.
Whilst RJS Electronics is known for exterior switches, we have now launched a series of PCB mount Micro Switches, which can be found inside many devices. These small switches feature spring-loaded levers, which open and close internal circuits.
They are best suited for applications with low current and low voltage, but have the advantage of being very reliable, long-lasting and durable. This means that they are commonly found in industrial equipment, consumer products and other machines that are subjected to heavy use.
Custom Label Anti-Vandal Switches
Our series of Custom Label Anti-Vandal Switches is the latest addition to our range of Metal Push Button Switches. These LED illuminated buttons come with up to 50 waterproof and scratch-proof stickers that feature a wide variety of symbols, and customised logos can also be ordered.
The unique benefit of this is that the switches can be reused or the sticker changed for a different purpose, which can help to reduce waste and save money.
These push buttons have a stainless steel body and an IP67 rating, meaning that they have all the key benefits of our other anti-vandals, but with more flexibility in terms of use and design.
Available in 16mm, 19mm, 22mm and 25mm panel cut out sizes, these switches are well suited to applications such as automotive, marine and industrial controls.
As well as launching three new products, we’re also happy to announce that our square SPCG is now available with a Flip Guard. This new flip guard protects your switches from accidental pressing, so that you can avoid unintentional starting or stopping of specific actions within a system.
The SPCG is a PCB Push Button Broadcast Switch that features full face LED illumination that makes it perfect for working in darker environments. It has a momentary or latching function and a silent push that means it won’t interfere when recording audio.
Choose from single LED illumination with a variety of colour options, or RGB LED illumination for a wider range.
