The RJS-TL touchless switch features infrared technology and LED illumination, along with an IP rating. Our no touch, infrared switches are available with a momentary or delayed function, and with an IP40 (indoor) or IP68 (outdoor) rating. This makes them ideal for door entry/exits in a range of public and private commercial spaces. Metal panels for the RJS-TLS switch are available in a range of sizes and shapes.
What are Infrared touchless switches?
Infrared Touchless switches (or IR switches) are switches that can be activated without touching them. The TLS touchless switch uses a proximity sensor – an example of infrared technology – to detect heat radiation from 800nm – 1mm.
LED Illumination
These no touch button switches use ring LED illumination to indicate their status. Blue LED illumination indicates when the switch/device/operation is in standby mode (drawing 30mA) and green LED illumination indicates when it is active (drawing 50mA).
