The 5M Series is a range of Slide Switches that feature SPDT or DPDT pole options in a variety of sizes and styles. We offer these PCB switches with solder-lug or thru-hole terminations, with vertical or right-angle configurations. You can also select a 2 or 3 position function, and customise the actuator height and colour. Our 5M slide switches have a contact rating up to 5A, and a mechanical life of 30,000 cycles.
Slide switches are commonly found in small electronic devices such as radios, torches and beauty devices and they are most often used to turn a device on/off, or to control a specific function. These switches can be utilised in a wide variety of applications, such as Audio & Broadcasting, Boatbuilding & Marine, Medical equipment and Industrial controls.
